We have now added a new page under the Technical section called Technical Bulletins. This is still under development but is still accessible by members.
Here you will find Technical Bulletins released by Rover to the Dealer Network to fix common problems found in the field and reported by either owners or mechanics in the workshop.
We are currently working through the mountain of information we have gained and identifying the Bulletins with a more user friendly title to aid in your viewing & searches.
Please leave feedback via the Facebook page as this helps us to help you.
We have updated the 2022 events page giving details of National shows that the club will be attending this year along with information on shows that are more local for you to attend if distance to the National events are a problem for you.
We will also be including Technical days later this year at the British Motor Museum and will keep you updated when dates become available.
Please keep checking the website for when these are added.
Please feel free to leave comments.
New Rover technical videos have been added to the Technical section and to make it easier to find this now has its own sub heading under TECHNICAL called Technical Manuals & Videos.
Some of these videos are previously unseen footage and information and are unique to the Rover 800 Club. These have just been unearthed from a Rover Dealership and saved from the skip. More content will be added as soon as it can be converted from VHS to MP4 and uploaded. Keep checking back for new content and enjoy.
The Rover 800 Clubs clothing and regalia gift items are now available to order through the club shop or Non Members shop. Please do take a look at what we have to offer and bear in mind that substantial saving are made from being a Club member..
Although we will try to do everything our power to ensure your orders are met in a timely manner this current pandemic is delaying some items so please bear with us if your order is slightly delayed. We will however ensure you are kept up to date on your purchase with any lead times.
We have now been given approval for a club stand at the BLMC Show at Gaydon on 6th September. However due to the Covid restrictions we do need to know numbers of members who would like to attend the show displaying their vehicle on the club stand. If you are in a vulnerable category please let us know.
This may be the one and only chance to get out in your car this year and attend a show.
Can you please let the Admin team know via email on firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to attend and whether you will be attending alone or with others in the car with you. We do have a restriction of 30 people for the stand so if you intend to come along please let us know at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment. The club has been allocated a number of free entrance tickets and will be issued to CLUB MEMBERS ONLY on a first come first serve basis.
Please see events page for more details of the show.
